Firkus Aiming to Crack WHL Roster

October 14, 2020 - When the 2020 - 2021 WHL season opens, 16-year-old Jagger Firkus will be doing everything he can to stay in Moose Jaw. Playing with the Lloydminster Bobcats (AMBHL) in his WHL draft year, Firkus put up big numbers, finishing the 2018 - 2019 season with 33 goals, 32 assists, and 65 points in 30 games.  That production caught the eyes of many but it was the Warriors who jumped at the chance to select him in the 4th round, 82nd overall, in 2019. Hunt Going Wild

October 7, 2020 - Warriors defenceman Daemon Hunt is one of the newest members of the Minnesota Wild.  Hunt was selected in the 3rd round, 65th overall, at the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. Last season, Hunt had 15 points in 28 games with the Warriors.  He missed 32 games due to an upper-body injury sustained in early December.
