Wenatchee Wild Complete Selections in Western Hockey League Prospects Draft

May 7, 2026 - WENATCHEE, Wash. - The Wenatchee Wild are pleased to announce the selection of nine players in the 2026 Western Hockey League Prospects Draft, held Wednesday afternoon and continuing Thursday morning. Thursday's selections complete the WHL draft sequence, with the Canadian Hockey League Import Draft scheduled later this summer. May 7, 2026 - WENATCHEE, Wash. - The Wenatchee Wild have announced a trade with the Swift Current Broncos of the Western Hockey League (WHL), acquiring a fifth-round selection in today's WHL Prospects Draft and a third-round selection in the 2027 WHL Prospects Draft, in exchange for 2007-born goaltender Cal Conway.
