February 14, 2026 - LANGLEY, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants defeated the Penticton Vees 3-2 in a shootout after a stellar night from goaltender Kelton Pyne, who had a 37-save performance on Friday night at the Langley Events Centre.
The Giants opened the scoring 15 minutes into the first, before the Vees tied the game five minutes into the second. Penticton got the go-ahead goal with only three minutes left in the third, but Vancouver equalized just 33 seconds later with a goal from Misha Volotovskii to send the game to overtime. February 12, 2026 - Calgary, Alta. - The Western Hockey League announced today the addition of GRAMMY Award winning recording artist Michael Bublé and Emmy-nominated TV star Drew Scott as celebrity coaches for the 2026 WHL Prospects Game presented by Showpass, which is scheduled to be held Wednesday, February 18, at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, B.C.
Bublé and Scott were introduced today by WHL Commissioner Dan Near during a press conference at the Langley Events Centre.

February 12, 2026 - CALGARY, ALTA. - The Western Hockey League announced today the addition of Vancouver Giants forward Tobias Tomík to the roster for Team West ahead of the 2026 WHL Prospects Game presented by Showpass, which is scheduled to be held Wednesday, February 18, at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, B.C.
Tomík, who is ranked 154th in NHL Central Scouting's Midterm Rankings for the 2026 NHL Draft, replaces Giants forward Mathis Preston who is unable to compete due to injury.

February 8, 2026 - LANGLEY, B.C. - The Kamloops Blazers shut out the Vancouver Giants 5-0 on Saturday night at Langley Events Centre.
Kamloops poured it on with four first period goals, before a scoreless second period. The Blazers added a goal in the third to make it a 5-0 final.
