June 10, 2025 - Vancouver, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants announced today that Associate Coach Adam Maglio has accepted a coaching position with EC Red Bull Salzburg in Austria and will not be back for the 2025-26 season.

June 9, 2025 - Langley, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants are proud to acknowledge two alumni who will face off against one another in the Calder Cup Finals: forwards Tristen Nielsen and Justin Sourdif.
Nielsen, 25, is currently in his fourth professional season with the American Hockey League's Abbotsford Canucks. He has scored 14 or more goals in each of the last three regular seasons.

Holowaychuk was selected by the Giants with the sixth overall pick in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft.
The right-shot forward was named the Canadian Sport School Hockey League U15 Prep MVP after scoring 50 goals in 34 games this past season, which was 15 more goals than any other skater in the U15 Prep division. His 83 points also r... Full Story
June 4, 2025 - Langley, B.C. - The Vancouver Giants will open the 2025-26 Western Hockey League regular season on home ice on Saturday, September 20 against the newest WHL franchise: the Penticton Vees.
The WHL announced today home opening dates for all 23 Clubs for the 2025-26 WHL Regular Season.
Puck drop for the Giants home opener on September 20 is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Langley Events Centre.
The Vees were announced as a WHL expansion franchise in March. They will compete in the B.C. Division, alongside the Giants, Kamlo... Full Story
