Six Former Kelowna Rockets To Suit Up In 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs

April 19, 2025 - The Kelowna Rockets will be well represented in the National Hockey League's Stanley Cup Playoffs, as there will be six former Rockets representing five different NHL teams. Leon Draisaitl is back in the playoffs with the Edmonton Oilers, as is Jamie Benn with his Dallas Stars. Three Rockets Named to NHL Central Scouting Final Rankings

April 15, 2025 - NHL Central Scouting has released its final rankings ahead of the 2025 NHL Draft, which includes three members of the Kelowna Rockets. Forward Hayden Paupanekis is ranked 38 th amongst North American skaters while defenceman Will Sharpe is 76 th and Dawson Gerwing is 99 th. The list features the top 224 skaters and 32 goaltenders in North America as well as the top 140 skaters and 15 goaltenders internationally. Rockets to Select Third Overall in 2025 WHL Prospects Draft

April 10, 2025 - The Western Hockey League announced today that the Kelowna Rockets have been granted the third pick in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft following the completion of the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft Lottery. The Rockets also hold the 20th overall pick, which was acquired from the Spokane Chiefs in a trade earlier this season. The Regina Pats won the draft lottery, moving from second to first overall. Nashville Predators Re-Assign Hiroki Gojsic to AHL Affiliate

March 31, 2025 - The Nashville Predators announced today that they have re-assigned forward Hiroki Gojsic from the Kelowna Rockets to their American Hockey League affiliate, the Milwaukee Admirals. Gojsic finished his second season with the Rockets, compiling 20 goals and 37 points in 61 games, good for fifth on the Rockets in scoring.
