Tij Iginla Inks Entry Level Deal

WHL Kelowna Rockets July 11, 2024 - Salt Lake City, Utahb- Kelowna Rockets standout Tij Iginla has put pen to paper on a three-year, entry-level deal with the Utah Hockey Club, the team announced Thursday. Iginla made history in June as the first draft pick in Utah franchise history when the club selected him sixth overall in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft. Rockets Trade Johnson For Draft Pick

WHL Kelowna Rockets July 10, 2024 - The Kelowna Rockets announced today they have acquired a 2026 sixth-round pick from the Lethbridge Hurricanes in exchange for 2005-born forward Trae Johnson. "We would like to thank Trae for his work both off and on the ice," said Rockets president and general manager Bruce Hamilton. "We wish him all the best in Lethbridge." WHL Kelowna Rockets July 3, 2024 - As of Wednesday morning, a total of twelve either former or current Kelowna Rockets players are attending NHL development camps. Six players on the current roster are attending camps, while another six former players and last year's CHL Import pick are also at camps.
