Rush Drop another OT Heartbreaker
February 28, 2026 - Saskatoon, SK - The Saskatchewan Rush lost 13-12 in overtime on Friday Night to the Rochester Knighthawks.
Zach Manns led the way with 2 goals and 6 points on the night. Followed by Levi Anderson with 2 goals and 4 points on the night. Jake Naso had another solid night in the dot, winning 19 of 30 faceoffs. Tonight's game was the season debut for backup goalie Thomas Kiazyk; he was strong in the loss, saving 51 of 64 shots.

February 27, 2026 - Saskatoon, SK - The Saskatchewan Rush narrowly lost Friday night's game against the Buffalo Bandits 11-10 in overtime.
Robert Church led the way with 6 points (2 goals, 4 assists) on the night. Ryan Keenan scored 4 goals and added an assist. Jake Naso won 20 of 24 faceoffs on the night, continuing his dominance. Tonight's game marks the team's first loss since December 12th.

Blades Secure Spot in 2026 WHL Playoffs Presented by Nutrien
February 26, 2026 - Saskatoon, SK - The Saskatoon Blades are headed to the Western Hockey League (WHL) postseason for a seventh consecutive season. The Bridge City Bunch secured their spot in the 2026 WHL Playoffs presented by Nutrien on Wednesday after a 5-3 victory against the Penticton Vees at SaskTel Centre.
"It always feels better when you can clinch a playoff berth with a victory," said Blades Head Coach Dan DaSilva, "Especially at home, (and) especially in the style of fashion we did tonight."

Rush Crush Philadelphia
February 22, 2026 - Saskatoon, SK - The Saskatchewan Rush improved to 10-1 on the season after Sunday's 14-6 victory over the Philadelphia Wings.
Ryan Keenan led the way with 8 points (4 goals, 4 assists) on the night. While Austin Shanks and Robert Church followed with 5 points each. Frank Scigliano was a rock in goal, saving 41 of 47 shots. Jake Naso continued his dominance, winning 18 of 24 faceoffs.
