Derek Keenan Signs Contract Extension

July 2, 2025 - Saskatoon, SK - The Saskatchewan Rush have signed Derek Keenan to a two-year contract extension, the second year being an option for the 2026-27 season. Keenan will be returning for his 16th season with the Rush, continuing his roles as General Manager and Co-Head Coach. Saskatchewan Drops Game Three Heartbreaker in Buffalo

May 25, 2025 - Buffalo, NY - The Saskatchewan Rush fell 15-6 against the Buffalo Bandits in game three of the 2025 NLL Finals presented by PlayNow, dropping the championship series 2-1. Robert Church had a team high six points, while Austin Shanks finished as the playoff leader with 18 goals and 32 points. Shanks Hat Trick Forces Game Three in NLL Finals

May 19, 2025 - Saskatoon, SK - The Saskatchewan Rush forced a game three in the 2025 NLL Finals presented by PlayNow after a thrilling 11-10 win over the Buffalo Bandits on Co-op Field. In the first quarter, Jake Boudreau opened the scoring, followed by goals from Austin Shanks and Ryan Keenan as the Rush jumped out to a 3-1 lead. Buffalo battled back in the second, but it was Keenan, Boudreau and Zach Manns who found twine as the two heavyweights sat tied 6-6 at recess. Shanks Scores Hat Trick, Rush Drop Game One

May 17, 2025 - Buffalo, NY - The Saskatchewan Rush fell 12-10 to the Buffalo Bandits in game one of the 2025 NLL Finals presented by PlayNow. The green machine jumped out to a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Clark Walter and Levi Anderson, but it was Austin Shanks who scored with 3:48 left in the first quarter to make it 3-2 after 15 minutes.
