Wheat Kings' Offense Keeps Rolling In Win Over Tigers

November 8, 2025 - For the second game in a row, the Wheat Kings put up seven goals on the road. But this time, they earned a much better result in the standings. Luke Mistelbacher scored a hat trick, and Brady Turko scored twice as well including the game winner as the Wheat Kings downed the Medicine Hat Tigers 7-4. Grayson Burzynski and Jordan Gavin also scored in the win, while Filip Ruzicka made 36 saves in his sixth victory. Wheat Kings Drop Offensive Slugfest in Lethbridge

November 7, 2025 - What might be the strangest game of the WHL season so far, and certainly the strangest of the Wheat Kings' season, went against them on Friday, November 7. Luke Mistelbacher and Dylan Ronald scored twice each, but it wasn't enough as the Wheat Kings fell 8-7 to the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Brady Turko, Caleb Hadland, and Nicholas Johnson also scored in the loss. Wheat Kings Claim Skvortsov off CHL Import Waivers

November 6, 2025 - The Brandon Wheat Kings have claimed defenceman, Daniil Skvortsov off of CHL Import Waivers from the Guelph Storm of the Ontario Hockey League. Alternatively, the Wheat Kings have transferred defenceman, Adam Hlinsky back to Czechia and won't be placed on waivers. Skvortsov was taken 27th overall in the 2024 CHL Import Draft by the Guelph Storm, originally from Kaluga, Russia, Daniil is a 6'4, 18 year old who has great puck moving capabilities and plays a north-south game. Wheat Kings Bounce Back with Best Offensive Outing of Season against Broncos

November 5, 2025 - Just one game after their offense hit something of a wall against the Calgary Hitmen, the Wheat Kings did a lot more than just bounce back. They positively exploded against the Swift Current Broncos.
