January 6, 2026 - RED DEER - The Red Deer Rebels are excited to announce that defenceman Noah Chadi has signed a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement with the team.
The 17-year-old appeared in two games for the Rebels last week and scored the game winning goal Saturday versus the Seattle Thunderbirds.
Chadi, who is from Edmonton, AB, appeared in 26 games this season for the Grande Prairie Storm (AJHL) recording 13 points and 47 penalty minutes. He won a silver medal at the 2025 World Junior A Hockey Challenge as a member of Canada ... Full Story

The Rebels have traded 17-year-old forward Noah Milford to the Vees in exchange for a fifth-round pick in the 2028 WHL Prospects Draft.
Milford recorded four goals and six assists for 10 points in 28 games with the Rebels this season. The Okotoks, AB native was selected by the Rebels in round seven, 150th overall at the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft.... Full Story

The Rebels have traded 19-year-old forward Jaxon Fuder to the Oil Kings in exchange for 18-year-old forward Poul Andersen, 16-year-old prospect forward Brock Stevenson, 16-year-old prospect forward Boris Sigachev, and a conditional fourth-round pick in the 2027 WHL Prospects Draft.
