February 16 - The Family Day Long Weekend came to a rough end with a 10-1 road loss to the Medicine Hat Tigers. Talon Brigley, on his 21 st birthday, scored Red Deer's lone goal on a second period power play. February 9, 2026 - WEEK IN REVIEW The Rebels enter this week on a three-game winning streak and in a playoff spot in the WHL's Eastern Conference. February 7 - In their first home game in over two weeks the Rebels downed the visiting Moose Jaw Warriors 5-2 at the Marchant Crane Centrium. Aleksey Chichkin, Talon Brigley, Tyson Yaremko, Beckett Hamilton, and Landon MacSwain each scored once. MacSwain also had two assists for a three-point game. Michael Mikan Signs with Rebels

February 6, 2026 - RED DEER - The Red Deer Rebels have announced that forward Michael Mikan has signed a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement with the team. The Edina, Minnesota native has appeared in three games with the Rebels since debuting January 31 versus the Victoria Royals. Mikan joins the Rebels from the Okotoks Oilers (BCHL) where he had 29 points in 30 games. He played for Team World in last month's BCHL All-Star Game. Rebels Announce CHL Jersey Design Contest Winner

February 5, 2026 - RED DEER - The Red Deer Rebels will be wearing jerseys designed by the 2026 winner of the CHL Jersey Design Contest, presented by Real Canadian Superstore, when they take on the Moose Jaw Warriors this Saturday, February 7 at the Marchant Crane Centrium starting at 6 p.m. This year's winning designer is Brooklyn Shore from Winnipeg. The dark red jersey includes a custom logo featuring deer antlers and Red Deer's famous "green onion" water tower. The original Rebels skate blade logo is also featured on the shoulder of this...
