Americans Open Season with 4-2 Victory in Everett

September 21, 2019 - The Americans kicked off the 2019 regular season today in Everett for the Silvertips' home opener, a rematch of last year's heated first round playoff series. With an impressive four point performance from Colorado Avalanche prospect Sasha Mutala, the Americans defeated the Silvertips 4-2. Jackson Berezowski gave Everett the night's first lead 4:24 into the game on the power play. Costly Penalties Result in 3-1 Loss for Americans

September 14, 2019 - The Americans wrapped up their preseason tonight at the Toyota Center against the Spokane Chiefs. After taking an initial lead in the first period, Tri-City ultimately fell to the Chiefs 3-1. Rookie goaltender Mason Dunsford played his fourth WHL preseason game tonight. He stopped 29 of 32 shots faced from Spokane. September 12, 2019 - The Tri-City Dust Devils fell short 3-1 in the decisive fifth game of the Northwest League Championship Series to the Hillsboro Hops on Wednesday night at Gesa Stadium. The team's postseason run and season comes to a close with the loss. Tri-City scored first in the game, but the team's lone run of the night came in the bottom of the first inning.
