July 13, 2026 - Kennewick, WA - Tri-City Americans General Manager Bob Tory today announced that the team has signed 18-year-old Right Center David Huk to a Standard WHL Player Agreement and Development Plan. The 6'2 205lb Center from Praha, Czechia played last season for Linkoping Hockey Club in Sweden for both the U 18 and U 20 teams. This is the former team of Americans Alumni Malte Stromwall. Tri-City Americans Name Cal Filson Assistant General Manager

July 9, 2026 - Kennewick, WA - The Tri-City Americans of the Western Hockey League announced today that Cal Filson has been hired as Assistant General Manager. Filson will report directly to General Manager Bob Tory and will play a key role in player evaluation, scouting, roster planning and hockey operations strategy. Filson joins the Americans following three seasons as a Western Regional Scout with the National Hockey League's Chicago Blackhawks, where he continued to evaluate talent across Western Canada and the Western Hockey Leagu... Americans Sign 2009-Born Forward Evan Wanner

July 2, 2026 - Kennewick, WA - Tri-City Americans general manager Bob Tory announced today that the team has signed 2009-born right wing Evan Wanner to a WHL Standard Player Agreement and Development Plan. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Wanner played last season for Moorhead High School in Minnesota. In 31 games, Wanner recorded 43 points with 16 goals and 27 assists, along with two penalty minutes.
