Americans Finish Regular Season with Loss in Spokane

March 17, 2019 - The Americans wrapped up their regular season tonight in Spokane. After securing a first-round matchup against the Everett Silvertips last night, the Americans rested key players tonight against the Chiefs in preparation for the playoffs. Rookie goaltender Talyn Boyko played all sixty minutes in net for the Americans. He stopped 37 of 47 shots faced. Spokane's Bear Hughes opened scoring tonight with his first ever WHL goal. Americans Fall 5-3 to Chiefs in Final Regular Season Home Game

March 16, 2019 - The Tri-City Americans faced the Spokane Chiefs tonight for their regular season home finale. Both teams were off to a hot start and stayed close the whole game. The Chiefs scored two goals in the first, but so did Tri-City Americans, Roman Kalinichenko and Parker AuCoin. Headed into the second period tied up 2-2. First Round Playoff Schedule Announced

March 16, 2019 - KENNEWICK, WA - The Tri-City Americans announced today the schedule for their 2019 WHL Playoff first-round series against the Everett Silvertips, beginning on Friday, March 22nd at Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett. The series will shift to Kennewick for game three and four at the Toyota Center on Wednesday, March 27th and Thursday, March 28. Both games will start 7:05 PM.
