Beck Warm Earns 3-0 Shutout Victory in Swift Current

November 15, 2018 - Tri-City played game four of their six game East Division road trip today in Swift Current. After being blanked last night in Moose Jaw the Americans regrouped and shutout the Broncos 3-0. Anaheim Ducks prospect Kyle Olson opened scoring at 5:20 first period. The 19-year-old forward tallied his fourth goal of the season on an odd-man rush assisted by Isaac Johnson. Seconds before the period ended Krystof Hrabik scored, unassisted, to give the Americans a 2-0 lead. The Broncos were out shot 10-4 through the first twenty... Full Story

Hot Warriors Offense Blanks Americans 7-0

November 14, 2018 - The Americans played in Moose Jaw today for their eighth of eleven straight away games. The Warriors earned a 7-0 win handing the Americans their second shutout loss of the season. Scoring started quickly and continued through the game for Moose Jaw. Tate Popple beat Beck Warm with a wrist shot from the right circle at 1:20 to open scoring. Moose Jaw scored two more goals in the first period. Mutala, Brown, and Hrabik Named to NHL Central Scouting Watchlist

November 12, 2018 - KENNEWICK, WA - NHL Central Scouting released their November 'Players to Watch' list for the 2019 NHL Entry Draft on Monday. Forty-one total skaters from the Western Hockey League were recognized including three from the Tri-City Americans: Sasha Mutala, Mitchell Brown, and Krystof Hrabik. Mutala received a 'B' ranking which indicates a potential second or third round draft selection. Americans Defeat Wheat Kings in Shootout

November 11, 2018 - The Americans earned a 3-2 shootout victory over the Wheat Kings today in Brandon. Tri-City is now 3/3 in shootout appearances this season. Scoring started off slow at Westoba Place. Stelio Mattheos, Brandon's leading scorer, lit the lamp first 18:51 into the game. The Wheat Kings led first period shots on goal 9-4. The Americans caught speed in the second period. Riley Sawchuk took a shot from the goal line that bounced into the net off Jiri Patera's left pad. The goal came at 2:52, assisted by Conner Bouchard.
