February 5, 2026 - Calgary, Alta. - The Western Hockey League announced today the leadership groups for Team East and Team West ahead of the 2026 WHL Prospects Game presented by Showpass, which is scheduled to be held Wednesday, February 18, at the Langley Events Centre in Langley, B.C. Rebels Edge Cougars 3-2 at CN Centre

February 4, 2026 - PRINCE GEORGE, BC - The Prince George Cougars opened their four-game homestand with a 3-2 loss to the Red Deer Rebels on Tuesday night at the CN Centre. Brock Souch and Carson Carels scored for Prince George, while Alexander Levshyn stopped 23 of 26 shots in the defeat. The Cougars generated quality chances early in the opening period, including a prime opportunity from Riley Ashe, who rang a shot off the post at the 12-minute mark. Gizowski Scores Overtime Winner as Cougars Rally Past Blazers

February 1, 2026 - KAMLOOPS, BC - The Prince George Cougars concluded their two-game road trip with a dramatic 4-3 overtime victory over the Kamloops Blazers on Saturday night at the Sandman Centre. Kooper Gizowski delivered the overtime heroics, scoring the game-winner just 1:14 into extra time. Carson Carels led the way offensively with a four-point night (2-2-4), while Terik Parascak added his 21st goal of the season.
