Alouettes Sign Three Players on Monday
February 9, 2026 - Montreal - The Montreal Alouettes announced Monday that they have signed former NFL quarterback Anthony Brown Jr. to a two-year contract.
Brown Jr. (6'1", 217 lbs.) played for the Boston College University Eagles (2017-2019) and the University of Oregon Ducks (2020-2021).
In 2021, he was the Ducks' starting quarterback in all 14 games, completing 64.1% of his passes for 2,989 yards (leading the Pac-12 Conference) and 18 touchdowns. He also rushed 151 times for 658 yards and nine touchdowns... Full StoryMore from the Canadian Football League

February 9, 2026 - MONTREAL - CF Montréal announced today the transfer of forward Noah Streit from Swiss Super League club FC Basel 1893.
The Swiss put pen to paper on a contract for the 2026, 2027, 2027-28 and 2028-29 seasons with an option for the 2029-30 season. FC Basel will hold a percentage of a future transfer of the player over an undisclosed amount.

CF Montréal Acquires Wiki Carmona from Red Bull New York
February 9, 2026 - MONTREAL - CF Montréal announced today that it has acquired midfielder Wikelman "Wiki" Carmona from Red Bull New York in exchange for defender Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty.
Both teams will retain a percentage of a future transfer. As part of the transaction, CF Montréal will also retain a part of Marshall-Rutty's salary for the 2026 season.

CF Montréal Signs Goalkeeper Samsy Keita to Homegrown Contract
February 6, 2026 - MONTRÉAL - CF Montréal announced today that it has signed goalkeeper Samsy Keita to a Homegrown contract for the 2026, 2027, 2027-28 and 2028-29 seasons with options for the 2029-30 and 2030-31 seasons.
Keita becomes the 30th Homegrown signing in CF Montréal history and the Club's fifth Academy goalkeeper to sign with the first team.
