January 9, 2026 - MONTRÉAL - Hockey Canada announced today that five players from the Montréal Victoire have been named to Canada's women's Olympic hockey team for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games. The women's ice hockey tournament in Milano Cortina will take place from February 5 to 19.
Montréal Victoire captain Marie-Philip Poulin will compete in her fifth Olympic Games and will be joined by goaltender Ann-Renée Desbiens, forward Laura Stacey, along with defenders Erin Ambrose and Kati Tabin.

January 4, 2026 - LAVAL, QC - The Montréal Victoire came from behind to snap their three-game losing streak with captain Marie-Philip Poulin leading the way in a closely matched 3-2 overtime victory against the Minnesota Frost on Sunday afternoon. The first meeting of the season between the two teams did not disappoint the 10,172 fans at a sold-out Place Bell, with back-and-forth goals and a late push from the Victoire to end the Frost's longest road trip of the season. January 4, 2026 - MONTRÉAL - The Montréal Victoire announced on Sunday that the team has elevated forward Lina Ljungblom to the active roster.
Ljungblom had been on long-term injured reserve (LTIR) since the start of the season with an illness. Last season, the 24-year-old from Sweden scored three goals and added three assists in 29 games with Montréal.
She will be in uniform today when the Victoire host the Minnesota Frost at Place Bell at 2 p.m. (Sportsnet, Ici-télé).
