CF Montréal Receives up to $350,000 in General Allocation Money from FC Dallas in Return for Goaltender Jonathan Sirois

February 2, 2026 - MONTREAL - CF Montréal announced on Monday the acquisition of up to $350,000 in General Allocation Money (GAM) from FC Dallas in exchange for goaltender Jonathan Sirois. As part of the transaction, CF Montréal will retain a sell-on percentage should Sirois be transferred in the future. CF Montréal Defender Josh-Duc Nteziryayo Undergoes Succesful Knee Surgery

January 28, 2026 - MONTRÉAL - CF Montréal announced on Wednesday that Club defender Josh-Duc Nteziryayo underwent successful surgery to his left knee on Tuesday in Bologna, Italy. The injury occurred during a team training session on Jan. 18 in Marbella, Spain. Nteziryayo, 17, who became the 29th Homegrown signing in Club history on Dec. 15, 2025, is expected to spend the first six to eight weeks of his rehabilitation process in Italy prior to returning to Montreal. January 23, 2026 - MONTRÉAL - CF Montréal announced today that it has acquired defender Tomás Avilés on loan from Inter Miami CF through the 2026 season.
