February 9, 2026 - Stockton, Calif. - In conjunction with the Athletics, the Stockton Ports are thrilled to announce the field staff for the 2026 season.
Darryl Kennedy will take the helm for the Ports in 2026 after serving as manager for the Lugnuts in 2025. In 2024, his first season in the A's organization, he was assistant hitting coach for Midland. Prior to joining the A's, he served as the bench coach for the KBO Hanwha Eagles from 2021-23 and spent 12 seasons coaching at multiple levels in the Kansas City Royals organization.

February 6, 2026 - The Stockton Ports are saddened to hear about the passing of former player Archie Gilbert. Gilbert passed away this past week at the age of 42. The Ports send condolences to Gilbert's family and friends during this difficult time.
Williamson graduated from Logan High School in Union City in California where he then went to California State East Bay. He would end up playing for Stockton in the 2008 season where he played in 119 games at all three outfield positions batting .278 with seven home runs and 49 runs batted in. G... Full Story

The Tower Buzzers will be led during their inaugural season by veteran manager John Shoemaker. The 69-year-old manager was named the Dodgers "Captain of Player Development" in 2015 as recognition for his leadership.

Stapleton, who is entering his 13th managerial season, has been managing in the Angels organization since 2014. With 479 wins as a manager, his most recent tenure with the Inland Empire 66ers, making playoff appearances three out of four years in his time there.
