The Ports are thrilled to announce the 2021 Professional Development League
regular season schedule as they open the season on May 4, 2021 on the road against the Modesto
Nuts.
The
Ports'
home opener will be the following week on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 which will kick off a
six-game homestand against the San Jose Giants. The Ports will host a total of 60 home games
during the 2021 season.

January 21, 2021 - The Stockton Ports are saddened to acknowledge the passing of former player Ben Hines, a member of the 1961 Stockton Ports team. Hines passed away on January 13th at the age of 85. Hines played two seasons in the minor leagues including the 1961 campaign with the Ports. He held a .211 batting average with 5 home runs over 140 total games played in the minor leagues.
Hines would return to his alma mater of the University of La Verne as their baseball coach. Hines guided La Verne to the NAIA World Series five times, winning... Full Story
December 28, 2020 - The Stockton Ports have learned recently that former Stockton Ports pitcher Don Roth, has passed away. The Ports send condolences to Don's family during this time. Roth died on December 7th at the age of 75. Roth was a pitcher on the 1968 and 1969 Ports teams. Over the two years, he pitched in 6 total games with a 4.50 ERA across 12 total innings.
Roth spent many years as the head baseball coach for James Madison High school in Vienna, VA. Roth was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 8th round of the 1965 MLB Draft ou... Full Story

The Stockton Ports, together with the Oakland Athletics, have announced the 2021
coaching staff, led by new manager Rico Brogna. Alongside Brogna will be pitching coach Chris Smith,
hitting coach Francisco Santana, assistant hitting coach Craig Conklin, head athletic trainer Nick Voelker,
and sport performance coach Kevin Guild.
Brogna joins the Ports for his first season in the Oakland Athletics system. Brogna played nine seasons in
