CarL Myrtle Beach Pelicans Myrtle Beach, S.C. - The Myrtle Beach Pelicans beat the Charleston RiverDogs 13-12 in eleven innings in the Sunday series finale at Pelicans Ballpark. Charleston got on the board first in the opening frame on a sacrifice fly by Connor Hujsak, scoring Brailer Guerrero to take a 1-0 lead. The Pelicans scored five runs in the second inning on five hits to take a large lead early in the ballgame. CarL Hickory Crawdads Hickory, NC - The Hickory Crawdads scored in every inning but one on Sunday afternoon but needed a ninth inning wild pitch to defeat the Lynchburg Hillcats 9-8 at LP Frans Stadium. The Crawdads plated runs in all but the third inning to claim the series win over Lynchburg, despite walking 13 batters and committing three errors in the contest. Hub City Wins Marathon Battle for I-85 Rivalry, Claims First Place

SAL Hub City Spartanburgers SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The Drive and Spartanburgers repped special jerseys honoring the Greenville Black Spinners and Spartanburg Sluggers on Sunday in a Salute to the Negro Leagues game. In a marathon that lasted over three and a half hours, the Spartanburgers (28-26, 59-60) outlasted the Drive (27-27, 60-60) for a 9-8 win.
