September 13, 2025 - The Charleston Battery played Oakland Roots SC to a dramatic 3-3 draw on Saturday in a packed house at Patriots Point. Charleston struck first via Cal Jennings and reclaimed the lead with an MD Myers goal early in the second half, but Oakland quickly fired back to take the lead before the hour mark. Match Update | Battery's October Away Match against Sacramento Rescheduled

September 12, 2025 - The USL Championship announced Friday that the Week 31 regular season match between Sacramento Republic FC and the Charleston Battery - originally scheduled for Sun., Oct. 5 - will now be played on Wed., Oct. 22, at Heart Health Stadium. Kickoff for the match will be at 10 p.m. ET. Broadcast information will be provided in due course. September 11, 2025 - The Charleston Battery are back home to host Oakland Roots SC on Sat., Sept. 13, in Week 28 of the USL Championship regular season. Kickoff at Patriots Point is set for 7:30 p.m. ET, and the match will stream on ESPN+ and air locally on Palmetto Sports Network. Battery Acquire Wesley Leggett from Loudoun United

September 11, 2025 - The Charleston Battery are pleased to confirm the acquisition of forward Wesley Leggett ("Leg-it") from Loudoun United FC on Thursday, pending league and federation approval. Leggett joins the Battery from Loudoun in exchange for a 2026 International Roster Slot. The transaction was completed prior to the league's Roster Freeze on Monday.
