Stingrays Re-Sign Charbonneau

August 14, 2018 - NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Washington Capitals and AHL's Hershey Bears, have agreed to terms with forward Jonathan Charbonneau (pronounced SHAR-bun-no) for the 2018-19 season. Charbonneau joined the Rays late in the 2017-18 season after finishing his college career at Mercyhurst University and appeared in nine regular season contests as well as four playoff games. August 13, 2018 - Stingrays Owner Todd Halloran will speak at the Lowcountry Sports Forum in two days on Wednesday, August 15! The event will be held at the Riley Park Club inside the home of the Charleston RiverDogs, Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. During the open forum, guests can ask questions and learn more about Todd and his plan for the Stingrays. Cherniwchan Returns to South Carolina

August 9, 2018 - NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Washington Capitals and AHL's Hershey Bears, have agreed to terms with forward Andrew Cherniwchan (pronounced churn-itch-an) for the 2018-19 season. Cherniwchan has played 144 regular season games for South Carolina in his professional career, spending time with the Stingrays during parts of six seasons from 2011-2017.
