Stingrays Punch Ticket to Postseason with 5-4 Win over Allen
March 21, 2026 - NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - On the verge of clinching a berth to the Kelly Cup Playoffs, the South Carolina Stingrays needed two third period goals as they held on late to beat the Allen Americans, 5-4, on Saturday evening at the North Charleston Coliseum in front of 5,430 fans.
For the second straight night, South Carolina (40-18-1-2) found the opener early from Anthony Rinaldi. The forward finished a chance in the low slot giving the Stingrays a 1-0 lead 3:14 in.

March 21, 2026 - NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays continue the 2025-26 season as they host the Allen Americans on Saturday night. The Stingrays can punch their ticket to the 2026 Kelly Cup Playoffs, presented by Plumb Pro+, on Saturday evening with a win over Allen or a loss in overtime or shootout or a Greenville Swamp Rabbits loss. March 20, 2026 - NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - Tied at three in the third period, Justin Nachbaur tapped home the go-ahead goal with 9:27 left in regulation.
