Senators Walk off Sea Dogs, 5-4, in Wild Finish at FNB Field

EL Harrisburg Senators The Harrisburg Senators pulled off a dramatic 5-4 walk-off win over the Portland Sea Dogs on Thursday night at FNB Field, capping off a tightly contested game with a clutch ninth-inning single from catcher Maxwell Romero Jr. With the game tied at 4 in the bottom of the ninth, Joe Naranjo walked. MWL West Michigan Whitecaps COMSTOCK PARK, MI - Outfielder Patrick Lee made an incredible game-ending play to send the West Michigan Whitecaps to a 3-2 win over the Cedar Rapids Kernels in front of 6,804 fans Thursday night at LMCU Ballpark. In the ninth inning with a runner on first base and one out, Lee made a diving catch before making a return throw to first base, turning a double play to end the ballgame. SAL Jersey Shore BlueClaws JERSEY SHORE, NJ - Avery Owusu-Asiedu's walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth gave the BlueClaws a 2-1 win over Hub City on Thursday night at ShoreTown Ballpark. The win gave Jersey Shore six in a row and 14 of 17 since the All-Star Break. It was their second walk-off win of the season.
