Bisons Blast Way to 7-1 Win over Syracuse on Friday
BUFFALO, NY - The Buffalo Bisons used a pair of home runs before rain forced the game to be called in the bottom of the sixth inning with the team leading the Syrcause Mets 7-1 on Friday afternoon at Sahlen Field.
RJ Schreck led off the bottom of the second inning with a walk against Joander Suarez to help ignite the Bisons offense. He scored on a two-run home run hit by Riley Tirotta. Jacob Hudson Loaned to Providence Bruins
PORTLAND, ME - The Maine Mariners, proud affiliates of the NHL's Boston Bruins and AHL's Providence Bruins, announced on Friday, that forward Jacob Hudson has been loaned to Providence. Hudson is having a career year in Maine, leading the team with 23 goals.
A 25-year-old forward from Antigonish, NS, Hudson is in his second season with the Mariners, having already set career highs in goals (23), assists (26), and points (49). He's played in 137 career ECHL games over three seasons - beginning with the South Carolina Stingrays in 2023-24.

Albuquerque, NM - New Mexico United has signed midfielder Cam Wilkerson for the remainder of the 2026 season pending league and federation approval.
"Cam earning a full contract after his 25 day contract is a testament to who he is as a player and as a person," said Sporting Director Itamar Keinan. "He is a player with high soccer IQ, very versatile and has some real upside. Excited to officially welcome Cam to the Black and Yellow."
