July 1, 2026 - Trailing 4-2 with two outs in the bottom of the sixth inning, Jayda Coleman battled through a nine-pitch at-bat before launching a game-changing grand slam over the right-field fence off Texas Volts pitcher Ally Carda.
The grand slam lifted the Utah Talons to an 8-4 victory and completed the regular-season series sweep of the Volts.
After taking a called strike to open the at-bat, Coleman immediately called a timeout to speak with Utah Talons Head Coach Cindy Ball-Malone.

June 30, 2026 - The Utah Talons unveiled the bling they earned from the inaugural season with a 2025 AUSL Championship ring ceremony ahead of the game on Tuesday night in Salt Lake City.
The rings were custom-designed by Southern Recognition, in collaboration with Talons coaches and players, along with Commissioner Kim Ng and the creative director of the AUSL.
The interior of the ring features personal elements from the 2025 team.

June 30, 2026 - The Utah Talons have the best pitching staff in the league yet again and continue to be anchored by catcher Sharlize Palacios. Palacios caught nearly every inning for the team in their championship-winning season last year, but has been sidelined as of late due to injury.
Despite missing time behind the dish, she's found ways to contribute from the dugout, calling pitches.
"I'm going with my gut," Palacios said.
Even though she's not seeing each pitch into her own glove, she trusts how much she knows the staff.

June 24, 2026 - Jadelyn Allchin delivered a historic swing on Tuesday night, blasting the first grand slam in Utah Talons history as part of a 6-3 victory over the Oklahoma City Spark at Dumke Family Softball Stadium.
After Jordan Woolery put the Talons on the board with a two-run single in the third inning, Utah broke the game open in the next inning when Allchin sent a 2-2 pitch into the gap in right-center field, where the ball ricocheted off the glove of a diving Amari Harper.
