January 14, 2026 - SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars fell to the Austin Spurs 118-113 on Tuesday night in the first game of the doubleheader series. The matchup marked the first meeting between the teams this season, giving Austin a 1-0 edge in the season series. The loss moved Salt Lake City to 4-5 on the year. January 13, 2026 - SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars, official NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, have announced the acquisition of guard Kenan Blackshear from the league's available player pool. Blackshear (6-6, 215, Nevada) was selected by the Grand Rapids Gold in the first round (12th overall) of the 2025 NBA G League Draft. January 11, 2026 - SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars fell to the Motor City Cruise 108-102 in the first meeting between the franchises. The loss dropped the Stars to 4-4 on the season and closed out their East Coast road trip at 0-3.
