College Park Skyhawks Finalize Training Camp Schedule and Roster
COLLEGE PARK, Ga. - The College Park Skyhawks announced their 2025-26 training camp schedule today, which will be held from Monday, Oct. 27 through Wednesday, Nov. 5. The schedule and location for each day can be found below, with the Skyhawks' annual Media Day set for Sunday, Nov. 2, at 11:45 a.m. at Gateway Center Arena @ College Park.

Mariners Sign Forward Caden Villegas
PORTLAND, ME - The Maine Mariners, proud affiliates of the NHL's Boston Bruins and AHL's Providence Bruins have announced the signing forward Caden Villegas ahead of their game on Sunday afternoon.
Villegas, 24, is a native of Plano, TX and played collegiately at Union College from 2021-2025, where he was an alternate captain in his senior season. He tied for the team lead in scoring in 2024-25, posted 29 points (22 of which were assists) in 36 games.

Panthers Reassign Gerasimyuk to Charlotte; Cormier Returns to Savannah
SAVANNAH, Ga. - The Savannah Ghost Pirates announced today that the Florida Panthers have reassigned goaltender Kirill Gerasimyuk to the Charlotte Checkers. In a corresponding move, Evan Cormier has been loaned by Charlotte to Savannah.
Gerasimyuk, 22, was selected by Florida in the fifth round of the 2021 NHL Draft. The St. Petersburg, Russia native is in his first season playing in North America and earned a win in his Ghost Pirates debut, stopping 29 of 30 shots.

Dallas Recalls Defenseman Kyle Capobianco from Texas
FRISCO, Texas - Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nill announced today that the NHL club recalled defenseman Kyle Capobianco from the Texas Stars, Dallas' primary development affiliate in the American Hockey League.
Capobianco, 28, had four points (1-3- 4) in the first five games of the season for Texas, scoring Oct. 18 at Milwaukee. The veteran compiled 50 points (7-43- 50) in 64 AHL games for the Stars during the 2024-25 season, setting franchise records for points and assists in a single season by a defenseman.
