PASCO - The Tri-City Dust Devils (19-17) had no walk-off wins coming in to their six-game series with the Hillsboro Hops (21-16), but 3B Ben Gobbel's line drive to center scoring DH Ryan Nicholson gave them both a 3-2 win over Hillsboro Friday night and their second walk-off of the week. Medicine Hat Tigers Win 2025 WHL Championship Series Presented by Nutrien

Spokane, Wash. - For the first time since 2007 and the sixth time in franchise history, the Medicine Hat Tigers are WHL Champions. The Tigers clinched the Ed Chynoweth Cup with a 4-2 win over the Western Conference Champion Spokane Chiefs in Game 5 of the 2025 WHL Championship Series presented by Nutrien. EUGENE, OR - The Emeralds snapped a 4-game losing streak with a big 6-1 victory over the Spokane Indians. Eugene is 17-20 and 4 games out of 1st place.
