Sounds 2026 Opening Day Roster Announced
NASHVILLE - The Nashville Sounds, in conjunction with the reigning National League Central Division champion Milwaukee Brewers, are excited to announce the 2026 Opening Day roster of Sounds baseball.
Fourteen of the 28 active players for the start of the season appeared for the Sounds during the 2025 campaign, including the Sounds 2025 Pitcher of the Year, Garrett Stallings and the 2025 Fan Favorite, Freddy Zamora.

RailRiders Open Season with Dominant, 8-0 Victory
Buffalo, NY - The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders topped the Buffalo Bisons 8-0 on Friday afternoon at Sahlen Field. Brendan Beck and three relievers combined to blank the Bisons on three hits, and all nine hitters factored in the offense as the RailRiders notched the Opening Day win.
Yanquiel Fernandez skyed a solo home run to right in the top of the second off Buffalo starter Grant Rogers for the early edge.

Iowa Cubs Announce 2026 Opening Day Roster
DES MOINES - The Iowa Cubs, in conjunction with the Chicago Cubs, today announced their 2026 Opening Day roster. The roster features 16 players with Major League service time and 16 players who have past suited up for Iowa.
The roster also features seven players on the Cubs' Top 30 Prospects List according to MLB.com, including RHP Jaxon Wiggins (No. 2), OF Kevin Alcántara (No. 4), INF Jonathon Long (No. 7), INF Pedro Ramírez (No. 9), INF James Triantos (No. 10), OF Brett Bateman (No. 21) and LHP Riley Martin (No. 28).

Reno Aces Announce 2026 Opening Day Roster
RENO, Nev. - The Reno Aces have announced their Opening Day roster as they kick off the 2026 Pacific Coast League season this afternoon against the Tacoma Rainiers, Triple-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners. First pitch is scheduled for 2:05 p.m. PT at Greater Nevada Field.
