Durham, NC - Jesse Scholtens threw two-hit ball over five innings while Dom Keegan homered and drove in two as the Durham Bulls won their first game of the season 5-1 over the Lehigh Valley IronPigs on Wednesday night at the DBAP. COLUMBUS, OH - The 1st of April saw the Columbus Clippers pick up their fourth straight victory, and second in a row against visiting Indianapolis, winning 6-1 on Wednesday night. Fishers, IN - The Toledo Walleye got their revenge against the Indy Fuel with a 5-4 overtime victory at Fishers Event Center tonight. ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Sandis Vilmanis posted a three-point game as the Charlotte Checkers (40-21-5-0) disposed of the Rochester Americans (28-26-5-4) by a score of 5-3 on Wednesday night at Blue Cross Arena. Jack Studnicka wasted no time, scoring 28 seconds into the opening period, notching his ninth goal of the season.
