Dominant Offensive Effort Ends in Game 5 Loss to Lions

June 7, 2025 - Trois-Rivières, QC - The Toledo Walleye fell to the Trois-Rivières Lions in Game 5 of the Kelly Cup Finals. The final score was 4-1 as Toledo would fall 4-1 in the series. The Walleye left absolutely everything out on the ice and gave it their all, but ran into a piping-hot goaltender who saved 48 of Toledo's 49 shots. June 6, 2025 - Trois-Rivières, QC - The Toledo Walleye fell to the Trois-Rivières Lions in Game 4 of the Kelly Cup Finals with a 3-1 final score as they trail 3-1 in the series. How it Happened: In an offensively quiet first period, it remained scoreless after 20. It was nothing short of physical however, as both teams played well on the defensive side. Comeback Comes up Short in Game 3 Loss to Trois-Riviéres

June 4, 2025 - Trois-Riviéres, QC - The Toledo Walleye fell to the Trois-Riviéres Lions in Game 3 of the Kelly Cup Finals. The final score was 3-2. How it Happened: Trois-Riviéres played with a fire in them to start the game right away. Just 42 seconds in, they got on the board as Chris Jandric gave them the 1-0 lead after a miscue from goaltender Jan Bednar.
