August 15, 2025 - TOLEDO, OH - Forward Jordan Ernst joins the Walleye for his first season in Toledo after agreeing to terms for the 2025-26 ECHL season. Ernst, of Mokena, Illinois, enters the Pond for his first ECHL action since the 2021-22 season when he was with Tulsa. He has spent a majority of the previous four seasons with the Peoria Rivermen of the SPHL. Riley McCourt Re-Joins Walleye for 2025-26 Season

August 13, 2025 - TOLEDO, OH - Defenseman Riley McCourt re-joins the Walleye for his third season in Toledo after agreeing to terms for the 2025-26 ECHL season. McCourt, the native of St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, returns to Toledo after spending the 2024-25 season across the Atlantic with the Augsburger Panther (Germany) of the DEL. Walleye Welcome Forward Chad Hillebrand to the Pond for 2025-26

August 13, 2025 - TOLEDO, OH - Forward Chad Hillebrand is set for his first season in Toledo and third as a professional after agreeing to terms for the 2025-26 ECHL season. Hillebrand, of Skokie, Illinois, spent time in both the AHL and ECHL last season. He played a majority of his season with the AHL's Colorado Eagles, tallying four points (2G, 2A) and 34 penalty minutes in 21 games. August 11, 2025 - TOLEDO, OH - Defenseman Bobby Russell returns for his first full season in Toledo and fifth as a professional after agreeing to terms for the 2025-26 ECHL season. Russell, of Langley, British Columbia, Canada, returns to the Pond after tallying 16 points (4G, 12A), 28 penalty minutes, and a -32 in 59 ECHL games a year ago between Toledo and Greenville.
