New York Liberty Announce 2024 Training Camp Roster
NEW YORK - The New York Liberty finalized its 2024 training camp roster, which will be held at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. from April 28 to May 13. Seven players will return from the 2023 roster, including the starting-five that led the Liberty to its best record in franchise history (32-8) and the WNBA Finals for the first time since 2002. 2024 draftees Marquesha Davis (No. 11 pick), Esmery Martinez (No. 17 pick), and Jessika Carter (No. 23 pick) will attend training camp, along wit... LEXINGTON, Ky. - Nick Longhi blasted a two-run homer in the seventh inning to lead the High Point Rockers to a 5-2 win over the Lexington Legends on Friday afternoon at Legends Field. The Rockers are now 2-0 to start the season. Longhi's homer, his first as a Rocker, broke a 2-2 tie and came as part of a three-run seventh inning outburst.
