
Nailers Announce Partial Alumni Roster

Wheeling Nailers News Release
Wheeling, WV â The Wheeling Nailers announced today a partial list of team members that will be playing for the Wheeling Thunderbirds/Nailers Alumni when they take on the Pittsburgh Penguins Alumni on March 5, 2003 in the Wheeling Civic Center.
Wearing the Thunderbirds uniform that evening will be:
Brock Woods
Tim Roberts
Mike Latendresse
Frankie Ouellette
Joe Harney
Rival Fullum
Cory Patterson
Stefan Brannare
Darren Swartz
Gairin Smith
Marty Lepage
John Varga
Coaching the Wheeling Alumni on March 5th will be John Brophy. Brophy is currently the winningest active coach in professional hockey while acting as the current Wheeling Nailers head coach.
Due to the brisk pace of tickets being sold to view the Stanley Cup on March 5th, only the first 2,000 tickets purchased will be guaranteed pictures with the Stanley Cup in "The Club Restaurant in the Wheeling Civic Center. The Nailers will do their best to accommodate all fans but only the first 2,000 fans purchasing tickets will be guaranteed an opportunity to have their picture taken with the Stanley Cup. "The Cup" will be on-ice at the beginning of the game for player introductions and then moved inside to "The Club" for pictures and viewing.
Tickets for the game are priced at $7 per person for all non-Nailers Season Ticket Holders and $5 for all Nailers Season Ticket Holders. Tickets can be purchased at the Civic Center Box Office or any Ticketmaster location.
