TOEING THE RUBBER: Jeff Hoffman earned his fourth win of the season as he struck out seven batters to give him 324 strikeouts in his Isotopes career, surpassing John Ely (320) for the most in club history. Hoffman held Tacoma to four runs and four hits in 5.0 innings ... Chris Rusin yielded two unearned runs in his 2.0 innings of work while Ben Bowden allowed one to score in his Isotopes Park debut ... Yency Almonte picked up his fourth save with a scoreless ninth inning.

AT THE DISH: Yonathan Daza put the Isotopes ahead in the second inning with a three-run homer to left. The home run was Daza's eighth of the season ... Drew Weeks contributed with two hits and three RBI at the dish ... Brian Mundell went 3-for-4 with three runs scored and two doubles. Mundell now has 20 doubles for the 2019 campaign.

TOPES TIDBITS: The Isotopes are 9-4 all-time as the Mariachis de Nuevo México including 6-1 at home ... Isotopes Park had its second-largest crowd of the season Tuesday with 12,828 in attendance.
