D'Astous Returns to Grizzlies, Kuzmeski Released

West Valley City, Utah - Defenseman Charle-Edouard D'Astous was returned on loan to the Utah Grizzlies from the AHL's Colorado Eagles. In a separate roster move defenseman Shane Kuzmeski was released.
D'Astous leads Utah in goals (24), points (53) and game winning goals with 6. D'Astous leads Utah on the power play with 23 points (9 goals, 14 assists). He also leads the team in shots among active Grizzlies skaters with 174. The 3rd year pro returns to Utah after a 7 day stint in the AHL.
Kuzmeski had 5 assists in 14 games with Utah.
D'Astous and the Grizzlies take on the Rapid City Rush as first place is on the line at Maverik Center on Friday and Saturday nights at 7:10 pm.
