February 7, 2010 - Jeff Skinner and Chris MacKinnon scored in shootout to give the Kitchener Rangers a 5-4 win over the Saginaw Spirit.
Skinner backhanded a pass from MacKinnon by Saginaw netminder Edward Pasquale at 12:43 of the first period to put the Rangers up 1-0. The Spirit's Tyler Murovich replied just 41-seconds later to tie the game 1-1.

February 7, 2010 - (Kitchener, ON) The Saginaw Spirit earned a point Sunday afternoon despite a 5-4 shootout loss to the Kitchener Rangers. Spirit captain Tyler Murovich led Saginaw's offensive effort with three goals in the game, earning his second OHL career hat trick. The Spirit wrap up the weekend with a total of 56 points and a record of 25-22-4-2 in 53 games.
