Chicago Fire FC Acquires 17-Year-Old Colombian Forward Jhon Jader Duran

MLS Chicago Fire January 11, 2021 - CHICAGO - Chicago Fire FC today announced that the Club has acquired Colombian forward Jhon Jáder Durán via transfer from Envigado FC (Colombia). Durán, 17, is the youngest international player signing in MLS history. His contract with the Fire, which will begin on January 1, 2022, includes a three-year deal with Club options for the 2025 and 2026 seasons. Pineda will join the U.S. U-23 MNT for a training camp in Bradenton, Fla. from Jan. 9-24 that will run in conjunction with the senior U.S. Men's National Team's January Camp.
