Steel Ready to Go Ghosthunting During Halloween Weekend in Youngstown

October 29, 2025 - GENEVA, ILLINOIS - On the heels of a weekend split against Green Bay, the Chicago Steel will travel to battle their division foes, the Youngstown Phantoms, for a Halloween matchup on Friday, Oct. 31 at 7:05 pm CT and Saturday, Nov. 1 at 5:05 pm CT. The Steel (7-4-0-0, 14 pts.) earned a gutsy 4-2 win over Green Bay on Oct. 24 thanks to a late goal by James Scantlebury, his first game-winning goal of the season. Steel Fall in 6-3 Loss to Gamblers

October 25, 2025 - GREEN BAY, WI - For the second straight night, Green Bay scored the first two goals of the game, but on this night the Chicago Steel (7-4-0-0, 14 pts.) couldn't overcome the deficit despite a pair of power play goals as the Gamblers (6-6-0-1, 13 pts.) came away with a 6-3 win at the Resch Center Saturday night. Scantlebury's Late Goal Lifts Steel To Win Over Green Bay

October 24, 2025 - GENEVA, IL - After battling back from a 2-0 first period deficit, James Scantlebury broke a 2-2 tie with just over three minutes left in regulation and Tobias Ohman capped off the game with an empty net goal as the Chicago Steel (7-3-0-0, 14 pts.) defeated the Green Bay Gamblers (5-6-0-1, 11 pts.) 4-2 Friday night at Fox Valley Ice Arena.
