Kiki Rice Injury Update

June 4, 2026 - TORONTO - Toronto Tempo guard Kiki Rice underwent further imaging that confirmed a grade 2 ankle sprain which she sustained late in the fourth quarter on June 3 at New York. Toronto Tempo Waive the Hardship Contract of Nikolina Milić

June 4, 2026 - TORONTO - Today, the Toronto Tempo announced the team has waived the hardship contract of 6'3 center Nikolina Milić. Milić, who previously joined the team during training camp, was brought back on a developmental contract on May 9 and eventually converted to a regular hardship contract. Through seven games, she averaged 3.0 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 9.0 minutes. Milić has prior WNBA experience, having appeared in 70 career games for the Minnesota Lynx (2022-23).... Full Story

Lay-Up Basketball Named Toronto Tempo's WNBA Commissioner's Cup Charity Beneficiary

June 3, 2026 - TORONTO - Toronto Tempo announced today that Lay-Up Basketball has been selected as the team's charitable beneficiary for the 2026 WNBA Commissioner's Cup, the league's in-season competition running from June 1-17. The Commissioner's Cup features dedicated regular-season matchups that also count toward Cup standings, with the top team from each conference advancing to the Championship game on June 30.
