February 4, 2025 - The Brampton Honey Badgers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) announced that former Honey Badger, CEBL Champion, and the franchise's all-time assist leader Koby McEwen has agreed to terms with the club for the 2025 campaign.
After two seasons with the Honey Badgers in 2022 and 2023, McEwen took his talents to Vancouver last summer. December 4, 2024 - The Brampton Honey Badgers and the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) released the 2025 schedule Wednesday, marking the league's seventh and largest season yet featuring 120 total regular season games next summer.
Brampton's campaign opens with two road games May 18 against the Montreal Alliance at 4 p.m. ET followed by a quick stop in the nation's capital May 21 versus the Ottawa BlackJacks at 7:30 p.m. ET. October 17, 2024 - Honey Badgers front office staff were out and about in the streets of Brampton on Wednesday afternoon to celebrate Small Business Month in collaboration with the Downtown Brampton BIA. The team visited over 50 businesses with gifts of appreciation, ranging from local coffee shops to retail stores and restaurants.
