
River Cats Game Postponed

FRESNO, Calif. - For the second time in three days, the scheduled game between the Sacramento River Cats (19-22) and Fresno Grizzlies (22-19) has been postponed because of unseasonably wet weather. A doubleheader is now scheduled for Sunday, May 19.
Two seven-inning games are on the docket for tomorrow, with the first contest set to begin at 1:05 p.m. The second game of the doubleheader will start approximately 30 minutes following the completion of game one.
River Cats' right-hander Tyler Beede (1-1, 1.99) is expected to make his River Cats return for the first game of Sunday's double dip, while the Grizzlies will go with righty Scott Copeland (2-1, 6.27). For game two it will be Sacramento righty Enderson Franco (1-1, 7.76) facing off with veteran right-hander Logan Ondrusek (0-0, No ERA).
