Grizzlies Harley-Davidson To Be Given Away Saturday; Displayed Thursday

West Valley City, Utah - The Utah Grizzlies announced that they will be giving away a Harley-Davidson Road King with a Grizzlies paint scheme during their game Saturday, March 10 when they host Bakersfield at 7:05 p.m. at the E-Center. The giveaway will be part of the Grizzlies annual Harley-MDA night.

The Grizzlies will also be wearing special Harley-Davidson Jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game. Proceeds will be given to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In addition, a portion of the ticket dollars purchased through the MDA, Harley Davidson or in advance through the Grizzlies offices will also be donated.

Grizzlies Head Coach Jason Christie will be displaying the bike along with the specialty jersey to the media and fans Thursday from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Intermountain Harley-Davidson dealership located at 2928 South State Street. Media that is not able to attend at that time is welcome to setup a separate appointment by calling (801) 835-8989.

Utah returns home tonight hosting Bakersfield at 7:05 p.m. It is "Bikini Night" at the E-Center. Call (801) 988-7825 for more information.

The Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL, are in their second season in America's "Premier AA Hockey League." There were 23 former Utah Grizzlies players on NHL rosters at the start of the 2006-2007 season. The Grizzlies are owned and operated by the Elmore Sports Group and play at the E-Center of West Valley City, which hosted hockey during the 2002 Winter Olympics.
