Nailers Read to Kids in Honor of Dr. Seuss

McMechen, WV- The Wheeling Nailers' Vin Hellemeyer and Chris Brooks made a special visit to Center McMechen Elementary School on Tuesday and read several Dr. Seuss books in honor of the famous author's birthday last week.
The players' thrilled the children with some interesting renditions of several works and then signed autographs for no less than five classrooms full of students.
"Any time we can make some kids happy is worth it," Brooks said. "We really enjoy getting out and doing these types of things."
The Nailers have their next community visit on Tuesday, March 13th at St. John Parish School in Wellsburg.
