Inaugural Tip a Falcon Dinner Set for March 29

Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons announced today that the team will hold its inaugural Tip a Falcon Dinner on Thursday, March 29, at Andiamo Ristorante, located at 1275 Shaw Avenue in Clovis. All proceeds from the event will benefit pediatric cancer and Camp Sunshine Dreams.
Falcons' players will be serving a delicious Italian dinner, with Andiamo graciously donating 50% of all food and beverage receipts from the night to pediatric cancer. The dinner also includes both a silent and a live auction, featuring many great items.
"We have had a tremendous year of fund-raising throughout the 2006-2007 season, and we look forward to another great night at Andiamo on March 29 as we raise money for pediatric cancer," Falcons CEO John Tull said.

Fresno opens a four-game road trip on Thursday, taking on the Idaho Steelheads at 6:10 p.m. PT. Catch all of the action live on www.fresnofalcons.com starting with the Port of Subs Pre-Game Show at 6:00. The game airs on 1550 and 96.1 Sporting News Radio on a tape-delayed basis following Fresno City College basketball.
The Falcons return home to start a four-game home stand on Friday, March 16, hosting the Alaska Aces at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for all Falcons home games can be purchased at the Save Mart Center Box Office, by phone at (559) 485-8497, on-line at www.ticketmaster.com, or at any TicketMaster outlet. All Falcons' games air on 1550 and 96.1 Sporting News Radio starting with the Port of Subs Pre-Game Show 15 minutes prior to face off.
