The Falcons could not withstand a 3rd period onslaught Saturday night as they fell to the Ontario Reign 5-1. The Reign received even scoring on the night with 5 goals by 5 different players. Jarrett Konkle scored the lone goal of the evening for the Falcons. He also continued on his current hot streak with his league leading 8th goal for the month of December. Joe Fallon stopped 24 of the 29 shots he faced while his counterpart John Murray stopped 28 of the 29 shots he saw. The Reign were 3 for 6 on the power play while the Falcons were just 1 for 8.
The Falcons next home game is Tuesday Dec 16 at 7:05. The Falcons will host the Stockton Thunder on Lucky Seven Night. All balcony seats are only $7 and seven lucky fans will have the opportunity to spin the wheel for cash and prizes.
