(Toledo, OH) The Toledo Storm (29-25-1) lost to the Wheeling Nailers
(22-27-6) 3-1 tonight in front of 2692. You can view a complete box score at

The first period was a goaltender showcase as neither Dominic Vicari (L, 24
Saves) nor Andrew Penner (W, 53 Saves) would allow a goal. Wheeling was 0-4
on the power play and Toledo out shot the Nailers 12-9. Wheeling would take the lead in the second period as Ryan Moren used a
blistering shot from the right circle up over top of Vicari for a 1-0 lead.
Eric Sonneberg made it 2-0 wheeling at 13:33, when his shot from goal line
trickled in through Vicari. The Storm trailed 2-0 after the second despite
out shooting the Nailers 34-21 through forty minutes. In the third, Sean Collins gave the Nailers a 3-0 lead at 14:53. Toledo
would add its lone goal of the night at 18:00 when Matt Zultek tipped a
Gerry Burke shot from the blue line past Penner for his 19th goal of the
