Fresno Falcons News Release

The Fresno Falcons hit the road for the first time in a month and came away with a .500 week. They came from behind last Tuesday in San Diego to defeat the Gulls, 5-4, in their first game on the road since the season opener. Fresno then played a home-and-home series against the Bakersfield Condors and remained winless in six tries. They lost, 4-1, on Friday at Centennial Garden before they dropped the back half of the two-game set in a shootout, 4-3, on Saturday at Selland Arena.

The Falcons begin this week with a record of 6-6-1 and 13 points. They are in fourth place in the West Coast Hockey League, one point ahead of the Long Beach Ice Dogs and two points behind the Gulls.

GULLS AND STEELHEADS ON THE DOCKET
