February 13, 2026 - HIGH POINT, NC - Carolina Core FC has signed midfielder Mehdi Zerkane ahead of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season. Born in Clermont-Ferrand, France, Zerkane developed in the AS Monaco Youth Academy before playing professionally with FC Girondins Bordeaux in Ligue 1. He later featured for Nîmes Olympique and MC Algiers, bringing valuable top-flight European experience to the Core. February 13, 2026 - HIGH POINT, N.C. - Carolina Core FC announced today the signing of midfielder Jair Caiza ahead of the 2026 season. A native of Santo Domingo, Ecuador, Caiza joins the Core after competing with Independiente Juniors in Ecuador's Liga Pro Serie B, where he developed a reputation for his quick feet, work rate, and ability to impact the game on both sides of the ball. February 12, 2026 - HIGH POINT, N.C. - Carolina Core FC today announced the signing of defender Nathan Brown ahead of the 2026 season. Brown, a right back from Indiana, joins the Core after competing with Michigan Stars and Southern Indiana, where he continued to develop his defensive instincts and ability to contribute on both sides of the ball.
