Warriors Take Hansen & White

Moose Jaw, SK.--- The Moose Jaw Warriors have selected Carter Hansen as their 1st round 10th overall pick in the 2010 Bantam Draft. Hansen spent last season with the Lumsden/Bethune Lions. Hansen had 34 points with the Lions.

"Carter is a good skater with a tremendous shot and an offensives skill set," said Warriors Director of Hockey Operations Jeff Truitt. Hansen joined the Moose Jaw AAA Warriors for a couple games last season. The six footer from Craven, SK. is known for is smart play and scoring ability.

Torin White comes from Balzac, AB and was selected in round 1, 21st overall. White put up impressive numbers last season in Airdrie. This right winger stands 5'9" and is sure to be a scoring force.

"His combination of skill and grit will be a great addition," commented Truitt. "Torrin is a very intense player," added Truitt.
