Blades Select Tim McGauley 20th Overall In 1st Round Of WHL Bantam

Saskatoon, SK - The Saskatoon Blades select Tim McGauley 20th overall in the WHL Bantam Draft.

"Tim is a very smart player with a lot of skill," commented Blades Assistant General Jarrod Brodsky, "he is a skilled skater, has very good vision, makes a lot of plays with the puck, and has a good finish around the net."

The 5'10, 150lbs forward from Wilcox, SK scored a total of 56 goals and 46 assists for 103 points in 26 games with the Lumsden/Bethune Contacts of the South Sask Hockey League this past season.

The Saskatoon Blades are proud to welcome Tim and his family to the organization.
