Edmonton, Alberta - In the 5th round, 102nd overall the Regina Pats have selected Brett Harris from 100 Mile House, B.C. Harris played this season with Notre Dame Hounds of the SSMHL.

The Pats acquired this pick from the Portland Winterhawks earlier today along with the 67th overall pick in exchange for their 3rd round selection, 49th overall.

Regina Pats Director of Scouting, Todd Ripplinger, "Brett works hard every shift and is good around the net. He is also a great character player who is a diligent forechecker."
