Edmonton, AB - The Beverly Hills Ballroom in the Fantasyland Hotel in Edmonton, AB is this year's site of the 2010 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.

The Medicine Hat Tigers are proud to select Spenser Jensen from Airdrie, AB with their first pick of the draft, 14th overall.

Jensen, 6' 4", 165 lbs played the 2009-10 season with the Airdrie Xtreme AAA bantams, notching 2 goals and adding 21 assists for 23 points with 90 penalty minutes.

"We are very happy to select defenseman Spenser Jensen with our first pick of 20010 WHL Bantam Draft," said Tigers' head scout Brad McEwen.

"Spenser is a real good d-man that will be able to play a lot of minutes for our team in the future," stated McEwen. "He is a big player who skates well and possesses good skills, that will be a cornerstone to our defensive corps.
