The Rays bounced back on Saturday night with a 7-6 come from behind victory in overtime against the Columbus Cottonmouths in Columbus. Dave Seitz became the first Stingray in the history of the franchise to hit 500 points when he assisted on Marty Clapton 's game winning goal in overtime.

The Rays are 14-6 against the Southeast this season, including a mark of 8-2 on the road. The Stingrays have a record of 7-1 in overtime and shootouts this season. They are 3-0 in overtime and 4-1 in shootouts.
